Common questions

What's included in the free plan?

You get a portfolio with one theme, access to intro-level courses, one quiz per chapter, and basic client matching. It's enough to explore the platform, but you'll want Pro for the full experience.

How does the free trial work for paid plans?

Sign up for Pro or Teams and get full access for 3 days. No credit card required to start. After the trial you can subscribe or drop to the free plan.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep the free plan with its limitations.

What happens to my portfolio if I downgrade?

Your portfolio stays live on username.velso.dev with the default theme. Custom domains revert, but no content is deleted. Upgrade again anytime to restore everything.

How does Teams pricing work?

Teams has a $49/month base fee that includes the platform, team dashboard, shared workspace, and org branding. On top of that, each seat is $24/user/month for the first 3 users. Every additional seat is 10% less than the previous one, down to a floor of $12/user/month.

Is there a discount for yearly billing?

Yes, save up to 25% with annual billing. The discount is applied automatically when you toggle to yearly.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Invoicing is available for Teams plans.
